We only ask for the information we need to place a learner in the right class and get in touch about their enrollment.
What we collect
- The course and class format you choose
- The learner's name, age and country
- A parent or guardian's name for learners under 18
- An email address we can reply to
- Your time zone, detected by your browser, so we can suggest class times
- Any notes you choose to add, such as goals or an exam date
How we use it
We use these details to confirm the learner's level, arrange a teacher and schedule, and send information about fees. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Children
For learners under 18, the form must be completed by, or with the consent of, a parent or guardian, and we contact the parent or guardian's email address.
How long we keep it
We keep enrollment details for as long as the learner studies with us and for a reasonable period afterwards. Requests that do not lead to enrollment are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent at any time by replying to any email from Brivora Academy.
